Year-round our events provide the opportunity to disconnect from the hum-drum and tune in to a deeper rhythm. Retreats in the wild, group adventures, talking circles, hands-on crafting and making- and more.

Now You See Me

Join us for a dynamic playful session exploring our collective identities and the force of love to mould our motives and movements. Be opened by original poetry, music and enriching conversations as we share our insights. Be curious as together, we’ll reflect and expand our worldviews in a supportive circle. Through storytelling we will come back to ourselves.

The session will be led by Performer and Writer Uhuru (BBC Sanctuary podcast and author of Ghost Ship), with Hip Hop music from local DJ Sophie Kilpatrick and poetry from various friends. Soft drinks and nibbles.

Places are limited so please let us know if you can come RSVP events@wellbeinghub.je (or by reply to this email)

This event is organised by The Wellbeing Hub in partnership with the Jersey Friends of Africa

Share this invite with friends and family. Hope to see you there!

Kerouac adventures - launch party!

We would be delighted for you to join us at the start of a new and inspiring chapter. Over the past 8 months, Kerouac Adventures has been gently evolving and finding new ways to play a more meaningful role in the conversation around mental health and wellbeing.

On Friday, 17th October at 6pm, we’d love to gather with you for an evening of food, music, shared stories, and a closer look at the exciting way forward for Kerouac ahead. Your presence will make the evening all the more special.

Register your place here or let us know you are coming on paul@kerouac.je by the Monday 13th October.
